What is a Dream Cloud account?

An account you create with us helps us stay in touch with you. To make a purchase and be included in the lucky draw, you should have a registered account. You can click on the Sign Up button and enter the necessary details required to create your Dream Cloud account. You can edit or change the information later by clicking on Your Account, and sign out if you like to.

What payments do we accept?

Dream Cloud accepts all major credit/debits cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, and other payment gateways like GPay, Phonepe, etc. We currently accept only INR(Indian Rupee). You can purchase Dream Cloud via any bank account with any currency. However, Dream Cloud does not accept responsibility for final billings effective by exchange rates or fees imposed by your bank.

Why do I receive emails/notifications from Dream Cloud?

At Dream Cloud, we make sure you do not miss any important notifications from us. We forward you SMS or Email when you purchase, when a lucky draw takes place and when you win the draw prize.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges on any Dream Cloud purchase you make. However, you should check with your bank or payment service providers to see if any transaction/processing fee applies.

If you have any queries about the same, our office will be happy to help you with the specifics. Dream Cloud expects the person who purchased to be the person to collect the winning prize.

Yes. You can view past winners of Dream Cloud campaigns and information on coming up campaigns via our website and social media channels.

How will I be notified about the status of the lucky draws?

We notify you through SMS or Email when you purchase, when a lucky draw takes place and when you win the draw prize. We display the status always in the campaign sales section.

Are my details secure with Dream Cloud?

Dream Cloud does not store nor save any sensitive Credit Card information on its servers. Credit Card details registered with us are stored securely through the 'Checkout' secure online payment gateway.
