Refund policy
Once we receive and inspect the item you return, we will notify you through email that we
have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of
your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and within seven working days, a
credit will automatically apply as per the original form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellation on the purchases you make on Dream Cloud. In circumstances
where you did not intend to place the order or made any mistake in the process, you can
cancel the order through communications with our officials. We process your cancellation
and refund according to our refund policy.
Shipping Policy
Dream Cloud provides free shipping of its products across the country. On placing an order,
you have to fill in the delivery address, and you will receive a confirmation email with a
summary of the order. Unforeseen circumstances may delay the delivery than expected. We
will reach out and assist you in such cases. Dream Cloud will, however, not be able to
compensate for any inconveniences caused due to delivery delays.
