Dream Cloud General Return Policy
Dream Cloud is an e-commerce store that values customer satisfaction and
hopes to create maximum value for our customers. Thank you for choosing to
shop with us. Dream Cloud provides free replacement within fourteen days if
the product delivered to you is in defective/damaged condition or different from
the ordered item.
All items purchased from us are returnable except those state explicitly not
returnable in the product description. However, in the unlikely event of an item
delivered to you being either damaged, defective, or different from the placed
order, we will provide a free replacement as applicable.
We will process a return only if you report the problems within two days of
delivery and return the product in its original condition. We may contact you to
determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing a
replacement.
If you receive a defective item, you need to contact Dream Cloud with product
details and the defect. You can follow the instructions given by Dream Cloud
officials to send the defective item back to us and get a replacement as
per our Terms and Conditions.
